Bush Bash Recordings brings to you former Heartless Crew’s Bushkin’s brand new release, entitled ‘Snowman’, and features fellow MC, Grime artist Big Narstie, along with LDP on the production. This one is a remix of Bushkin’s track of the same name earlier in the year, and is reload, and a Grime/Trap remix, featuring a chorus that makes use of re-working the Snowman theme song for the weed heads, to become a smoker’s anthem, in the hope of legalising the plant. The track features a hook that breaks in to a drum and bass instrumental, whilst the rest of the track is Big Narstie and Bushkin rhyming over a dutty bassline, with energetic lyricism and flow, bars highlighting that they live the high life. The track overall is energetic, with an infectious hook that will get you in the mood whether you are in the zone or not. Having gained attention by the likes of DJ Cameo on BBC Radio 1Xtra, with this remix, hopefully it should rejuvenate the track for 2015, and push on to a revolution.
