Strike has taken to his Youtube to release a new visual for his own live version of J.Cole’s Sideline Story. Citing his reasons for doing the song as him relating to it a lot, Strike definitely seems to have connected with the song, even going the lengths to include the whole piano intro, re-done by Strike himself. Strike delivers rhymes of the same vein as J.Cole, talking about how he has put his heart and soul in to music. Strike not only showcases great penmanship with smart wordplay but displays his versatility in this fantastic live performance, one that elevates him to higher level than your average Hip Hop artist.
