International Dubstep collective and all round speaker demolishers unleash another audio madness with new track “Twenty Fo’s”. The song Twenty Fo’s starts off with a Hip Hop chorus, sung in the west coast gangster rap anthem style. The gremlins show another side to their many flava’s with some half timed percussion, underlayed by menacing keys, building the tension before the drop. Right before the critters break out the box,a Dr Dre esque bass line, leads nicely into the break… Then POW! A trippy, hypnotic, mash up of synths and detuned growling keys, with a subtle chopped and screwed bass riff employed to crazy “anti melodic” rhythmic effect. The beats as, with many Gremlin tracks are hard hitting, intricate and carry a smooth swing to them, with nice little sfx touches, sampling the main chorus “Twenty Fours” lick, a few “Oooh yeahs” thrown in for good measure and a random growl soundbite.
