Werewolf | Warm Up Sessions [S8.EP28]: SBTV
West London Grime MC Werewolf teamed up with Jamal and SBTV on the rooftop for a brand new Warm Up Sessions recently, representing Grime By Nature Records. Werewolf sprays bars over Sir Spyro’s Grime/Trap instrumental, ‘Bruce Wayne’, a pounding bass-rich beat, as he displays rapid flow, in which he peppers the beat with lyrics that depict his trappings on the road side, whilst also rhyming about the love for he’s getting from music, especially the ladies, but it is evident that he is focused on getting money, and hustle hard for it. Werewolf also shells down grizzly lyricism for rivals, parring them with not only headshot bars, but going in deep with metaphors and impeccable wordplay and intellectual lyricism, shedding light on his longevity and big moves he has made in the grime scene to date, attacking inferior competition, including those getting gassed off of the first bit of recognition they get. The lyrical content is immense in this freestyle session, Werewolf covering a lot of subjects, whilst keeping the cohesiveness. Werewolf is particularly impressive in this freestyle with his energetic, rapid flow, and his precise delivery, coming across as skippy at times. If only you could wheel it up!
