R&B trio WSTRN, Akelle Charles, Haile and Louis Rei, are back with their latest single entitled ‘Come Down’, which follows on from their unexpected smash single ‘In2’ last year. This one seems set to follow in the same vain as the previous, having summery vibe, Akelle and Haile provide a mix of deep-toned vocals and harmonious melodies. Louis Rei delivers an impacting rap verse, as three address a female love interest that they hope to make love with, letting the drinks flow and letting attraction takes it’s course. The three musicians lay down vocals on a fantastically produced, top-notch beat, that brings with it club vibes, disco samples, and the single manages to fuse R&B and Hip Hop together smoothly. This tune also samples Evelyn Champagne King’s Gold-selling ‘Love Come Down’ from the multi-platinum selling album “Get Loose”. If WSTRN can get a video out there in time for the summer, it might yet another summer hit for the collective.
