Youngs Teflon | Throwback [GRM Daily]
UK Rap artist Youngs Teflon teamed up with GRM Daily for a music video for his returning track called “Throwback”, taken from his new mixtape “The Renaissance”. Going in on a hard-hitting, boom-bap style Hip Hop beat which soon eases in to a heavy bass, Teflon spits about how much love he gets from the OG’s, having been present since day, he raps about surveillance becoming a regular occurrence, even neighbors on the watch, stating that no-one has got thug connects like he has, and always coming back to hood, only knowing beef. Paying homage to his roots, comparing himself to Bishop from Juice, spitting about having the tools to lift you out your kicks as it seems, judging from some of his references. The track very much showcases that Youngs Teflon is well respected in his South-West London hometown, plus his hard-hitting flow and lyricism that boasts of his street cred. Check out the black and white visuals directed by Capone which feature Youngs looking dapper and fresh in smart glasses as well as hanging with the clique around some local attractions.
