Zohan aka Wavey Z aka Jojo Wave, finally drops his anticipated Ep before the mixtape, the ”Pree EP”, released via Knowledge Is Power Promotions. Following ”many years of drug misuse and criminal activity”, KIP announced that Zohan had finished his mixtape ”WOW Music”, and his unleashing it after this free warm up EP.

Featuring six tracks including the intro, the EP is packed with filthy beats from Trends on ‘All Of That Stuff’, on which Zohan goes in with rapid flows and crud talk, delivering a catchy hook too! ‘Forty8’ brings down the pace to a hypnotic state, featuring Miz and with Westy and Lstar on production. The two emcee’s drop heavy-hitting flows on the wavy grime-come-trap production, representing for those living the high life, smoking loud and popping xannies. Miz touches upon her wishes to get out of the bits and be on the way to fame.

‘3.5 Flow’, produced by Lumes is a gritty ride-out track from Zohan, who drops street-smart knowledge, proving himself to be one of the realest on road as he spits about his grind. ‘Come Fuck With Me’ produced by Adam Mac is a a refix of Pusha T’s Don’t Fuck With Me, and is a mellower vibe to the rest of the EP. Zohan takes to the slow, rhythmic Hip Hop beat, rhyming about his struggle to lead a normal life, working 9 to 5 rather than on the roads or in a club. The bonus track on the EP is produced by Rowdy Rebel. A heavy-hitting, haunting trap banger featuring Conz alongside Zohan, the two spray cruddy bars telling how they ride out.

The ”Pree EP” gives you just a taste of the flavours Zohan has up his sleeve, ready to dish out on the ”WOW Music” mixtape coming out soon. From listening to the EP, Zohan seems to have fully embraced the rockstar lifestyle, dabbling in recreational drug use, which is why he is keeping it real in his music. A blend of Grime and Hip Hop/Trap, one minute Zohan could be rowdy and energetic, the next he could be mellow and on a wave.
