“On The Rise” is the second EP from 6th Floor Recordz’ own Producer 6th Floor, which features all production from him and guest spots from artists from the UK to the USA. A mix bag of tracks, there is Afrobeat-influenced Hip Hop, Bailey Browne and Stackson’s lovesong ‘Oh Me Oh My’, international Hip Hop from N-Hance featuring Zant Hakeem on ‘Life Lessons’, and original UK Hip Hop from Nutty P and Big Cakes, and wordsmithery from USA’s Skkool. UK Rapper J-Star teams up with UK Singer Becki Yates on ‘Grown & Sexy’, yet another love song but with two viewpoints from the man and woman who may be going through a troubled relationship, rediscovering the love. R&B Singers Kai, Lou La Belle and De’Blend are giving their time to shine on 90s inspired R&B beats, De’Blend taking to more bass-driven production. All three ladies display wonderfully soulful vocal talent.
