Kid Bookie – Fiery Love Ft. Jon E ClayFace (Prod. Lewis Cullen)
Off the back of releasing his long awaited and anticipated free mixtape ‘Some Kind Of Hate’ at Christmas, MC Kid Bookie has given away yet another free track via soundcloud, called ‘Fiery Love’. The track is produced by Lewis Cullen, and features fellow Grime MC Jon E Clayface on a Trap inspired Hip Hop beat. The track conveys the stress that being the ‘chosen one’ brings, with Kid Bookie revealing some of the things that he may do take away the pressures of his hectic lifestyle of being a artist in the lime light, from getting away to peaceful locations, and he also rhymes about the life he has left behind and the one he leads now, changing from supplying the fiends to going to studio of a night. Jon E Clayface sits and back, and spits lyrics that admire how far he has come from the bits in South London, getting out of gangs, rolling with winners, having a strong belief in that every action has a reaction, and that to live a peaceful life is to get away from the streets. The track is a deep portrayal of such things that both MC’s may love, or may have loved, but which caused pain. Kid Bookie kills it with the flow, rapid, chopper style and skippy flow, whilst Jon E Clayface goes in with a steady flow.
