Chip responded to Manchester Grime MC Bugzy Malone’s Fire In The Booth recently, as he delivered heated words aimed at him and other mc’s. Chip makes fun of Bugzy’s devil gimmick, with a slick line in which he states that he would dip Bugzy’s mixtape in holy water and frisbee it, also digging in to him for his jail time which has seemingly turned him in to a ‘bad boy’. Chip shows Bugzy up to be a bit of a liar and someone who talks on business of which doesn’t concerns him, whilst also parring him effortlessly with rhymes of which he claims Bugzy hasn’t made nothing from music where he has. Another amusing dig is hen Chip takes another dig at Bugzy as he states that he too knows family in jail, yet he doesn’t blab about it on youtube videos. Chip who is all fired up in this diss track also refers to Tinie Tempah for his FITB, and also Big Narstie’s interview in which he talked about the roots of Grime and seemed to disrespect Chip, as well as taking swipes at Saskilla and DJ Cameo. Chip displays why he is still one of the best barrers in the scene, eve n if he has produced such mainstream strays as ‘Oopsie Daisie’ which should not be knocked as it has brought him much fame and money which is what we are all after really.
