East London MC Mic Ty is back with a new music video via GRM Daily for a new track called ‘Knewham’, a play of words referring to the Borough of Newham and Mic Ty brushing off inferior competition. The track, which is produced by DJ Wonder and Plastician, re-introduces DJ Wonder’s familiar ringtone grime production and a dutty bassline not too different to Dizzee Rascal’s ‘Respect Me’. Mic Ty peppers the beat with gully bars as he jumps on the war hype, reminding his enemies that whilst he can take it to the roads and get physical, he has made his name off of dumping bars and being a heavyweight on the mic.
