North London Hip Hop artists Marc Five and Sean Dean linked up recently for a new track called ‘Don’t Care’. The pounding, bass-heavy Hip Hop production samples Hurt recorded by Timi Yuro, Roy Hamilton and The Manhattans, fusing soul with new school Hip Hop vibes, as Sean and Marc lay down rhymes that address the lack of care that certain people don’t have for them whilst coming up in the game. The pair seem depleted with the delivery and content yet at the same time some lines convey their urge to keep persevering no matter what life throws, even poverty and the call of the streets.
