Manchester Singer/Songwriter Taya Sophie is back with her latest single ‘Leaving’ from her latest album “Know My Name”, Following on from her last offering, ‘Fucked Up’, this track depicts the relationship between a father and daughter, conveying the closeness they can share. The leaving occurs when the daughter takes up and leaves her father in order to move in with a boyfriend. There are highs and lows of this relationship just like the vocal range of Taya Sophie’s singing abilities, which Taya of course displays amazing harmonious vocals that are smooth and pleasant to listen to. Her vocals glide across the piano-led melody and crispy production gracefully, with a heart-pounding beat. With many interpreting the track as about a boyfriend relationship, a music video will be released very soon, which was filmed last year in Taya Sophie’s home town of Manchester, then everything will make sense.
