East London MC Fusion has crept up with a brand new video, ‘No/Rudeboy’, having been putting in work and catching the attention of some of Grime’s biggest names, including crew Boy Better Know, and collaborating with Ghetts and Mic Ty for the remix to his track ‘Newham’, the original featuring on the Lord Of the Mics 7 compilation CD. With his 4-track “Genesis” EP landing soon, Fusion drops two Grime bangers in one, No produced by Five Nine, and Rudeboy produced by Fusion and Shizz McNaughty. No features Fusion spitting energetically on Five Nine’s 140pm, synth-laden grime production which is somewhat of a throwback to the grime beats of old. Fusion shells the beat with lyrics boasting of his positive moves in the scene compared to most rivals. He also lays down a rather well-written and constructed, infectious hook. The track transitions into Rudeboy quite smoothly, and not changing much in style of production. Rudeboy explores the darker side to Fusion, from a road life and grinding to watching his back from the dangers of such a lifestyle.
