Redro Killson Presents Freddy B – RNS Vol. 3 Tha Final Act

Casa Grande, AZ are back it again, specifically HGXD Gang, with Redro Killson presenting RNS Vol. 3 Tha Final Act, giving Freddy B aka Lil Fred free reign. Freddy B takes it upon himself to represent for the hustlers, those that are only motivated by money and will do whatever necessary to get the funds. ‘Put It In My Pocket’ opens up the 10 track mixtape, and features authoritative lyrics from Freddy who demands the money be put in his pocket. A catchy song especially when it comes to the hook, yet Freddy only seems to be warming up.
‘No Love Involved’ is a bass booming trap banger with a West Coast twist to the production, and is about the lack of love that Fred shows women, once again he only wants to get laid and get money, working non stop and having no time to go to clubs. Freddy reps for the Hu$$le Gang on ‘Hu$$le Hard’, rhyming on the gloomy west coast influenced beat, delivering some cold killer bars that explores the extent he would go to eat.
Freddy B drops ‘Bound 2 Get It Part 2’ which is a follow up from the first part which featured on RNS Vol 1, and this track features YG Matt. Freddy B states on the chorus that regardless of how he and his gang live that it won’t stop them getting what they want. A melodious production consisting of synths, strings and piano keys, the chorus is also anthemic. ‘Real Game 4 Sale’ also features some melodious, trickling production consisting of a thunderous, rolling bass line as well. The lyrical content is in the same vain as the previous.
‘The Change’ is perhaps one of Freddy B’s best flow-wise, and he explores the means to how he makes money, as he rhymes about weed, whether he be smoking it or selling it. A representation of the non-stop hustle, Freddy B raps about dashing through all the roads and getting every where on a busy schedule but he also takes time to think about change, in more than one sense. A lively track, the production is up-tempo like Freddy’s flow, and the beat is a West Coast slapper.
T-Smoke teams with Fred on ‘Something Outta Nothing’ which features R&B vocal samples that project some sombre vibes in to the song. T-Smoke and Freddy reflect on their come up, the struggle, in comparison to how the other half live. ‘2 Much’ features Sherman Isley and was featured on the HGXD mixtape 4 Tha Gang, and is relatable for anyone that feels like they do too much, whether it is work no play, drug use or drinking.
‘Who’s Gonna Stop Me’ is another infectious banger from Freddy who challenges anyone to try and stop him, yet he claims on the track that nobody can stop him, whether it is the law or his enemies. ‘RNS Deuce’ closes out the mixtape and is again a follow up to the song of the same name from the first instalment of RNS. Freddy brags about how he is real and his activities, also telling others to effectively stay away from him if they are acting up or talking shxt.
Freddy B has come a long way from the first RNS mixtape, and with Redro Killson mentoring him over the course of several releases, this was finally Fred’s time to shine on his own. Having stepped up to the plate, Fred delivers some gully hood bangers, the production is top-notch and well selected. It should be noted that Freddy also does showcase great wordplay skills on tracks such as ‘Put It In My Pocket’.
