The soulful, jazzy funky beat has TY meanders his thoughts with lyrical astuteness. Carrying on the vibe from #AKSAAI pt 1, TY continues to muse on the mindset and culture within the music biz today, while name dropping legendary music names from times gone by. The track has a very retro feel to it, like classic Hip Hop and this song demonstrates why TY is one of the greatest MCs of his generation. The video is fresh and innovative, using typeography/animation and mixed with real footage and the vinyl spinning adding to the retro feel of the tune. Retro yet futuristic.
