Eminem brings you the official music video for the third single from his newest album “The Marshall Mathers LP 2”, “Rap God” in which it sees Em once again at his lyrical best as he rhymes incredulously over production by DVLP. The song features Marshall, the now self-acclaimed Rap God, although masses of fans would agree, destroy  the beat with insane lyricism, on one hand spitting some comedic lines, but in another instant, you have to take his rhyme ability seriously, and even his flow and delivery which is off the chain as he aggressively attacks the beat chopper-style on the Trap-style instrumental, even getting to 97 words in 15 seconds!. In one segment of the track, he name checks various rappers, mentioning that he is a product of many including Rakim and Tupac, and he does so with so much ease, it is mind-blowing. He also effortlessly drops punchlines on your ears, easily coming to him and rolling off his tongue. Eminem keeps up the onslaught of lyrical genius and masterful flow for 6 minutes, a feat which not many rappers in the scene could pull off.  Whilst MMLP2  has garnered some criticism, dividing opinions, it’s bangers like this that remind us there is ultimately  no doubting Eminem, one of the greatest to ever do Hip Hop and an artist who still holds the fire. Like the crazy visual artistry depicted in the video, he is an unstoppable force. No longer a King, but in fact a Rap God!
