Manchester Rappers Shotty Horroh and Flexplicit team up to bring you a brand spankin new video for their latest smash Paper Chaser. The pair spit confident, assertive bars over a bass heavy, hyper trap instru, with pulsating percussion and detuned arpeggiated keys. Whilst Shotty and Flexplicit are spitting about the stereotypical Hip Hop subjects of bling, money and girls, its the lyrically advanced manner that they deliver the bars that make this track stand out above many of their UK counterparts and some of the top US artists on the same wave also. Paper Chaser is a very stylish affair, with the lavish visuals (featuring Hummer and private jet), slick production and clever wordplay from both rappers, it is a step above rivals putting Shotty and Flex on the UK map. Paper Chaser demonstrates the pair of battle rapper’s ability to write those international style of Hip Hop tracks, whilst still using their imaginative wordsmithery to say what others may say, but better. This is an example of two hungry rappers (who have experienced more success than most in the UK scene) showing off a bit, being musically creative and professing their aims of projected future financial success.
