West Coast Rapper Zigg Zagg and Hyst team up for a joint mixtape entitled “Comin Off That High”. Featuring 12 tracks, the title track features rapper C.O.S, as well as many others tracks featuring 8Ball, Big Smoke and many more. All of the original production which brings with it a West-Coast gangsta rap vibe is by AOD and Maddson. Hyst and Zigg Zagg both drop sicc lyricism on the themed project, mostly spitting about blazing up, occasionally selling their product and killing off enemies, and getting through the hard times in the hood. Zigg Zagg and Hyst get murderous with the content as well as flow, Hyst being a well-rounded lyricist, forever switching up the flow, some tracks like “It’s All the Same”, a remix of Akon’s Back On the Block features him rhyming impeccably on the hard-hitting beat, lyrically murdering his enemies, with quite graphic lines. “Tie’d 2 That Streets” is a remix of The Game’s My Life featuring Madd Son and 8-Ball, a song about being commited to the hood ways, using weed as a way to leave it all behind, Zigg Zagg spits about troubled past, talking about how it has made her who she is, thinking of a better place, and focusing on her music writing. She also flows effortlessly. “Night Stalker” is a murderous track featuring Big Smoke, a chilling tale of a night stalker, Zigg Zagg becoming a calculated killer, sniping her enemy through a scope, leaving them in an outline of chalk. Zigg Zagg’s delivery as well as Smoke’s is calm, and gives a creeping sort of vibe.
