JDZmedia recently filmed a huge set up north for DJ Big Mikee’s show on Silk City Radio in support of his new release Dark Elements Stampede EP. Some of Birmingham’s best emcee’s rolled through to touch mic including Mayhem NODB, Devilman, Badness, Fiasqo, Hitman & Poverty P. There were varied styles on show in the building, from female artist Fiasqo spitting aggressive bars, switching up the flow, fast-paced bars and excellent delivery on a trap beat amongst others, Badness steps up with hectic ragga-grime flows. Poverty P went in lyrically dumping slew bars as did Hitman and Mayhem and Devilman peppered a Dubstep instrumental with cheeky bars, punchlines. Big beats spun by Big Mikee from Trap to Dubstep, Grime and and Bassline, and the emcee’s killed it. Midlands is where the dutty Grime is at right now!
