UK Hip Hop lyricists Ki Faro, Gee Mansa and JSunz teamed up for a three-way Chiba Freestyle with Jimmy Chiba of Chiba Visuals recently. North London rapper Ki Faro went up first, going in with some comical bars, cheeky and confident delivery, as well as wordsmithery, rhyming about making money, feeling like he is grinding for the government, just to pay taxes, having his fair share of women, living the street life, obtaining his dreams, refusing to leave the game, drawing reaction from his fellow artists with some outrageous lyricism. Gee Mansa rhymes about grinding, working hard for the money and making music, having no time to chill, and daring to use his mi nd as a dangerous tool, unleashing knowledge on inferior artists, raising the levels with flawless lyricism. JSunz is last, dropping some good punchlines, rhyming about linking other man’s women, although they bring trouble, having his fair share of haters, laying those that want to bring beef to him to rest. All three having slight differing styles, all wordsmith’s in their own way though, kicking excellent lyrics over the quiet beat, managing to keep their flows steady during rushes of overly loud trains!
