Dream Mclean | Warm Up Sessions [S8.EP18]: SBTV
As the Regime’s Hip Hop MC Dream Mclean gets prepared to release his debut album ‘Greyscale’, SBTV filmed a black and white Warm Up Session, Mclean’s debut in fact, up on the SB roof top. With producer Grief on the production, Dream Mclean brings the fire on a cold day, rhyming superbly over a hard hitting, atmospheric Trap beat, in a laid back flow that complements the beat, the lyrics depict Dream’s life which it feels like it is dark and grey at times, whilst juggling with his creative mind, his creative ethics, and just trying to get his music played. Dream Mclean delivers a calm but thought-provoking live freestyle, spitting about things on his mind which build the tension in his mind, something that every musician must experience, but Dream Mclean channels his thoughts in to a story, as well as being creative with punchlines, metaphors and showcasing himself as a wordsmith. Check out the freestyle below and leave us your thoughts and opinions in the comments section . . .
