Don’t Flop presented this battle between MC’s Take Note Tox from Manchester and Pedro for Don’t Flop Extra and as bonus clash. Two Rounds on Grime and one as an A cappella, Take Note Tox went up first on a Preditah beat, with bars to dead Pedro and his crew, dropping a couple of good punchlines as well, going ham at his opponent. Pedro hit back, going raggo, marking Take Note, but not necessarily taking care with delivery in my opinion. The second beat was a hard, bass booming Trap/Grime beat, Take Note Tox was impressive with his flow, as well as his aggressive delivery, spitting about being on another level to Pedro, dropping bare headshot bars. Pedro was once again the livest with his delivery, with one or two potent lines here and there. In there A cappella round, Take Note mentioned how Pedro is an embarrassment to battle rap, as well as trying to dodge competition, as well as tearing him apart with deadly bars. The accapella suits Pedro a bit more, as he replies to some of the content from his opponent, spitting bars to bring down Tox to his size, dropping some hilarious lines that draw reaction from the crowd. Without judges in this bonus clash, it’s up to you decide who won, my opinion being Take Note Tox taking the win, even though Pedro bought it back in the last round, it wasn’t enough overall.
