Jimmy Chiba aka Chiba Visuals met up with Hip Hop MC’s Airklipz and Montana Drama recently for a double Chiba Freestyle session. Airklipz went up first, rhyming over a Session600 beat, displaying knowledge of the grind in his bars, paying dues to those who he has lost, and showcasing great story telling as he travels back in time to when he was finding out who he was, taking it back to present, living life how he wants, swerving hate and chasing the money, trying to get up out of the struggle. Airklipz is really impressive, as he also drops superb metaphors, showcasing his great lyrical skills, flowing terrifically. Montana Drama slows down the pace with a freestyle on a soulful beat produced by Jammy Git, rhyming about the pain he feels on a daily, trying to teach people the same knowledge that he showcases in his bars, spitting about the system holding him back, whether it be prison, the media or the negativity that music portrays. Montana comes across as freestyling off the top of his dome, nevertheless, his lyrics are on point.
