The track is entitled ‘Despicable Mind’ and continues Jay Dot’s display of dark lyrical content in his lyricism, as rhymes over a dark, haunting Hip Hop instrumental. Jay Dot injects bars about weed in to his lyrics, as well as misogynistic bars, seemingly under the influence. Jay Dot also paints a picture of gory, bloody and deadly situations in his bars, all of which teeter on the verge of horrorcore style Hip Hop, similar to the likes of ICP, with a hard-edged delivery which is on point, and Jay Dot also flows seamlessly. Jay Dot’s lyrical style is the kind of which you have to pay attention to and to decipher, and is also dark and humorous in a way, and the effects put on Jay’s voice only further help the dark vibe of the track.
