Jay White, formerly Jay LVO, collaborated with fellow North London Rapper Shayne Brown for a brand new track called ‘Marilyn Monroe’. Both drop lyricism over a 50’s style melody mixed with a crisp sounding Trap beat, rhyming about how far they have come, bringing to mind that they must have started from the bottom. Jay spits about chilling out, counting his monies, and climbing over the competition. Jay also lets it be known that he is still running with the same clique, and having a few words for those who complain and hate on his success. Shayne Brown provides a smoothly sung hook, vocalising effortlessly, with hard-edged lyrics that are in contrast to his delivery.
