The Bar Staff’s ASBO has dropped a new tune called “Reality Sinks”, with guests spots by fellow TBS members M.O.N.G.R.E.L, Jai Blaze and Parv, with Arca Teck on the buttons for the production. Taken frrom the forthcoming ASBO and Arca Teck collab mixtape “Adventures In Rhyme and Space Part 1”, all emcee’s rhyme about reality, mixing pain and struggle with music, rhyming about knuckling down with music, hitting booth to create tracks, whilst struggling to survive and dealing with haters. Other things that they spit about are dark times, witnessing the everyday pains, even with the whole community, working for next to nothing, striving to obtain success in the music scene, achieving their dreams. The hook is a smooth singing rendition that sums up everybody’s views, stating that you don’t really know what they go through, or what they have seen, and feeling like they can’t get anywhere with their dreams when reality sinks in. Arca Teck’s production adds to the sadness of the track, a melancholy vibe, whilst the lyricists provoke thought.
