UK Rapper Casscade recently unveiled a brand new music video for his latest track called ‘Plan B Meets Plan A’, via SBTV. Following up the last song/visual ‘Where Were You’, Casscade delivers a rather powerful and complex visual/song here, as the song depicts a mental battle that Casscade is going through as a creative. With many creatives being able to relate to the reality of your dream goals not taking off as you hoped, Casscade provides a conversation via each verse, the first verse being Plan B, a version of Casscade that has given up on music, taken a corporate approach to life and is telling his other self why he should also stop making music. Verse two is Plan A telling the other self how far he has come and why he still does music. The cinematic visuals depict the two versions of Casscade, the corporate and and the contrasting version communicating to each other. Casscade displays superb song writing and top-notch delivery here, and the idea for the song is really compelling.
