Chip Vs Yungen So Far . . .
After a few back and forths on Twitter, and Chip assuming that Yungen sent for him in a recent song, Chip, who has previously lyrically attacked Tinie Tempah, Bugzy Malone and Big Narstie, and so has begun a series of videos from both Chip and Yungen targeting each other in disses.
Firstly, Chip took to the One Take Freestyle to diss Yungen, and apart from Chip destroying the beat with unique delivery and energetic flows, he accuses Yungen of sneak dissing, cleverly parring Yungen for not being top two in Play Dirty, and disses him for his often gun talk. Chip also boasts of his dead-eye skills in warring. And another notable line that takes us back to 96 Bars of Revenge is when he mentions how he rated him, which is in reference to bigging him up for his MOBO nomination but stating he’s not a newcomer.
Yungen replied to Chip with ‘Punk (Sh*tmunk Diss)’, taking digs at him for his Pizza Boy song with Meek Mill, using a snippet of a Chris Brown interview in which he names UK Rappers, seeming to struggle to remember Chip. Yungen proceeds to deliver some clever and witty bars that are quite humorous. Yungen states he used to rate him, saying he can’t be seen in Tottenham, and stating he thinks he mad at being dropped from the same label. Yungen, feeling disrespected for Chip tweeting him rather than ring him, replies to a few of Chip’s disses to him including the top 2 in his crew reference, and states that everyone that Chip has sent for has charted. Tinie Tempah turns up in the video for this, despite not having sent for Chip for so long.
The most recent video in the beef saga is Chip’s Michelle Riddim, naming it a Lil Clive diss. Chip retaliates by taking sound bytes from Yungen himself stating he rates Chip. Yungen is then accused of pre-recording his diss, inviting him to Tottenham in the process, and boasting of his superiority. As well as calling him Clive, Chip calls Play Dirty Destiny’s Child with Yungen being Michelle Williams, a reference to him not being top 2 in his crew once again. A war of words, Chip also displays witty lyricism as he also addresses Patrick aka Tinie Tempah appearing in the video and being a “back-up dancer” in Yungen’s video. This one is a straight banger from Chip.

Things are hotting up between Yungen and Chip, with the latter tweeting some hilarious content on his Twitter account, although from Yungen’s recent interview with PE.TV, it seems he’s not on that much, rather letting his music do the talking it seems.
