Last month, Dj Cameo, acting as executive producer, ceo of #GimmeGrime and Future Grime Music, had this massive collaboration between Grime MC’s Scrufizzer, Drifter, Lil Nasty, Big H, Saskilla and CCane, premiere on Mista Jam’s BBC Radio 1Xtra show. Entitled ‘Jus Cool Nah’, it features Darq E Freaker on the production, as he concocts a beat in which the bass rips through your speakers, with sirens only comparable to world war 2 air raid sirens, and with all of this rhythm and energy, it lays down the foundations for all mc’s to produce lyrical warfare over the instrumental. Scrufizzer provides the infectious hook, as everyone on the track drop raw, energetic flows and hard-edged lyricism. From skippy flow to hard hitting delivery and rapid fire spitting, this massive tune is set to go off with a bang.
