Ekeno comes with nothing but pure fire for Mixtape Madness as he linked up with DJ Kenny Allstars for another Mad About Bars freestyle session in the first series. Being the thirteenth instalment and the number being unlucky for some, it may seem that way for those hating Ken as they may have to see him further succeeding this year. Ekeno delivers back to back freestyles over a couple of differing beats, the first of the two being a ultra trap beat with Ekeno spitting ferociously and in short bursts of rapidness also as he alternates the flow. Ken takes to the second beat, a more lively production that also samples ‘Hanging On’ which Ekeno vocalled with Big Jiv. Ekeno covers wide range of topics in the session, girls and money, hate and jealousy and much more. Ekeno possesses those hard-edged rhymes and delivery alike, whilst also dropping his unique melodious singing vocals towards the end.
