Brooklyn Producer The 83rd has impressive production credits including Mos Def, Cheryl Cole and Jay Z, as well producing, engineering and mixing Angel Haze’s biggest track to date ‘New York’ along with many of the songs on her “Reservation” EP. He has also go on to re-work Tinashe’s ‘Boss’, which was featured on a collaborative remix EP with Giraffage and Ryan Hemsworth. The talented and unique producer remixes Eryn Allen Kane’s ‘Have Mercy’, an already powerful track made even more powerful by The 83rd’s amazing production. The 8rd adds bass to the haunting, Gospel-influenced song, stating himself that “. . . it hits you feel it through your chest and down into your toes.” The music is rather tranquil and subtle, easing you in to it up until the point when the bassline drops to add more depth and dimension to the production.
