One of Europe’s most intriguing up and coming rappers, Felix De Luca manages to fuse inspiration from the 90s American Hip Hop with more contemporary, European style choppy, grimy production from long time collaborator DontAxAboutIt. De Luca’s style brings to mind the likes of Kendrick Lamar, yet he possesses South London’s Jamaican patois-infused slang. The song features lyrics from Felix that represent the desperation and by-any-means lifestyle that he and many others across the globe live to pay the bills when the first of the month comes. Felix De Luca is a breathe of fresh air and is somewhat of a hybrid MC, many elements of Rap, throughout the years, and Electronic Music aka Grime rolled in one.
