New Zealand native singer/songwriter Lorde joined Annie Mac in the Radio 1 Live Lounge recently, as she covered Jeremih’s ‘Don’t Tell ‘Em’. Lorde covers the RnB hit, bringing a live band consisting of a drummer an keyboardist, creating a very different vibe, slow grinding, as she brings the rhythm for sure, laying down the vocals which also take from Snap’s ‘Rhythm Is A Dancer’, putting all of her conviction in to the hook, singing in a soothing voice on the verses, harmonising effortlessly at points, hitting the high octaves.
