Parallax’s newest video is for a track entitled “Microphone” which is also a remix of the Slaughterhouse tune of the same name. Parallax rhymes over this boom-bap style Hip Hop beat with ease, lyrically destroying the beat with excellent written lyrics and a wicked flow, making smart references, punchlines rolling off the tongue effortlessly. Parallax seems a lyrical genius in a UK Rap game full of wannabe’s and ish MC’s, but truthfully this guy is talented with the bars, flow and delivery which on this track is on point by the way. He killed this single-handedly, almost as terrifically as the original and I am looking forward to hearing more from Parallax. Check out the awesome video which looks like effort to shoot, shot in different locations with great editing provided Jake Armstrong.
