UK Hip Hop artist Rapman and SBTV unveiled a brand new music video recently called ‘Blue Story Trilogy’, which compiles all three episodes of his Blue Story in to one whole cinematic music video/short film. Rapman showcases his stellar story telling talent, as the track deals with one of the main concerns in today’s youth, postcode wars which almost always involve drugs and violence. Rapman takes on the role of narrator/poet/lyricist as narrates the cinematic visuals for a story involving two friends whom end up enemies, all over postcode wars, a result of living in different areas. As the story unravels, it proves a bit petty, the whole saga, and the lengths they go, dying for their area. The story also unveils the case of peer pressure, the innocent that sometimes get pulled in to the lifestyle, and the consequences and aftermath of such climaxes such as death or prison. Rapman pours his feelings in to this track of epic proportions, rhyming with such conviction, as he tries to get a message across, as well as the visuals helping to portray an unglamorous side of a lifestyle many deem as cool. Rapman flows fantastically on the epic, melancholy Hip Hop beat,lyrically on point with his message as well as the delivery.
