Scheme of Grime collective Rhymes Galore releases a brand new track via soundcloud entitled “My Perspective”. The heavyweight Hip Hop production features Scheme spitting slightly delayed bars over the beat, juggling the flows with ease, rhyming about starting out in music with close friends, talking about hard times in his life growing up. In the second verse, Scheme’s personal life takes the back seat as he gives you his perspective on how certain people are moving nowadays, always in to something illegal, whilst he himself has moved away from old ends and got focused on music. Having lived rough, Scheme feels he can criticize others, having a clear mind when it comes to being responsible for your own image and how it reflects on you. It’s quite a message that Scheme is trying to get through on this track, sharing his own views and experiences, whilst strings the lyrics together with precision flow, song writing is also great which shows in the hook.
