East London Rap veteran Stana returns to SBTV with the Dir. Lx directed visuals for a new track called ‘Frog In My Throat’, taken from the forthcoming project ‘H.M.P’ or Hear My Pain. On this track, Stana delivers some deep lyrics in which he speaks on being shrouded by pain and stress, losing many friends who have passed away, not shying away from conveying his true feelings as he rhymes about himself and others around him breaking down in tears at times due to the hard times, and Stana comes across as the religious type as he prays for change and believing heavily that he may be next. Stana counters the deep lyrical content with ferocious, gully delivery over a hard hitting Hip Hop instrumental. The video is filmed by a graveyard with as a memorial unfolds.
