T-Face is a South East London rapper, part of drill rap collective Finesse Foreva. He has just released a new single called ‘War Ready’, on which T-Face, equipped with bass infused flow and raw and gritty lyricism, gives you the first taster from the collective’s self-titled mixtape “Finesse Foreva”. At only 18 years of age, T-Face’s lyrics explore the harsh reality of the roadlife that he has already faced. A reflective track from T-Face,, T-Face’s attitude on the track is unapologetic, defiant, a statement of “confidence and clarity”, which represents the ethos of the collective. JB104 produces the track, serving up a dark, mysterious yet melodic, hypnotic trap beat. JB104 is also the in-house beatmaster for Finesse Foreva and remains the producer for the entirety of the project.
The collective are based around the 104 studio and include bashment prodigy IQ, UK afrobeats stars TayoGG and Bagz, producer JB104, and man of the moment T Face. ‘War Ready’ is now available, via Moves Recordings, on all streaming and digital music sites, with a video due to land on Link Up TV on 18th June. Will Finesse Foreva follow in the footsteps of Section Boyz and 67? Or will they bring something completely different? Either way they would be winning, and by the quality of production and lyrical artistry combined already, this collective could be the next hottest UK Rap act to come out of the UK.
