Roll Deep’s Flow Dan recently joined Sir Spyro for an interview and freestyle in the live mix. The East London MC, a founding member of the Grime pioneers Roll Deep crew, goes in a number of Grime beats, going particularly hard with sick flows on Rascals 2My Different” instrumental, giving a perfect mix of lyrics, lyrically skenging competition, dumping heavyweight bars on each beat, just shelling murderous lyricism on the hard, grimey beats in his trademark Jamaican, raga patois. Whilst talking about his newest EP “Serious Business”, Spyro asks him about how it feels to have been a part of one of Grime’s premiere crews which helped push the scene forward. Dan sheds light on what the future holds for Roll Deep, As per usual, Spyro gets Flow Dan’s opinions on the Grime scene at present, who he’s favourite artists are at the moment, as well as producers.
