Chiba Visuals linked up with MC Trustar for a brand new music video for a bassline orientated track entitled “Bassline”. The hook is simply written and effective, Trustar expressing his love for beats with a dirty bassline, lively distinguishable snares and hi hats, as evident from the production here which Trustar lays down heavyweight lyricism. T-Star rhymes about strong bassline beats bringing out the best in him, dropping fire on the beats, duppying the beat, living for the reload from the DJ. The second verse features Trustar delving in to his past, ending up in jail, dabbling in drugs, feeling paranoid all the time, but after collecting his thoughts, he has chosen to follow his talent, the music. Not completely original subject, but fresh compared to some of the music being produced at present, and nevertheless showcases Trustar’s creativity, as well him being real. Banger! Watch the visuals below, which are filmed in a cool, urban environment, taking use of artwork all around, as well as dance choreography, mixed with great cuts, edits and effects.
