Maxsta & Brotherhood – Know Me From Freestyle [GRM Daily]
The Bigger Pictures bring you visuals hosted by GRM Daily for East London MC Maxsta and Ipswich Grime duo Brotherhood’s new track ‘Know Me From Freestyle’ ahead of their new project ‘A12 Link Up’. The freestyle is a cover of Stormzy’s track of the same name, as the trio pepper the beat energetic, rapid and skippy flows, allowing their minds do all of the running as they look to their future aspirations, with Maxsta hoping to run the Grime scene, denoting certain MC’s he hopes to emulate and also flaunts his credentials in the Grime scene, Menace emphasizes an astute business mind as he is set to have his finger in all pies while on Blaze sweeps aside all irrelevant threats and looks to dominate. Menace and Blaze deliver some nuts bars with sampling from the likes of Inbetweeners, and to make it much more captivating, a three way barring display takes place, running laps around all other mc’s. The video tracks all three on a walk about around the streets as each mc gradually enters the video, with some effects breaking up the black and white visuals which is unique. Watch below, look out for the A12 Link Up out on 20.07.15 and leave us your comments in the section below . . .
