SKEPTA – LUKEY WORLD

Skepta leads the way with a deeply poignant tribute to Lukey Maxwell who recently passed away, and comes amid heart-felt tributes from Chip to Bloodline’s Paper Pabs and JME as well as Skepta. Skepta takes to a bass-heavy Trap instrumental as he avenges his death with the power of words over the sharp percussion and ambient wind instruments. Skepta shares his memories of Lukey, an aspiring artist himself, as well as sharing his vision of his team coming up in a positive way and leave the hoods to live safely and lavishly. Those senseless actions were by those bringing bad vibes around and that will never be as good hearted as Lukey, or driven by ambition to go somewhere. Skepta also emphasizes that he will have Lukey’s interests at heart and dedicate his time to looking after his family. Check out Skepta’s tribute below and leave your own thoughts and tributes in the comments section if you may, and let Lukey’s memory live on . . . R.I.P Lukey Maxwell
