London MC Kwakz released the visuals for ‘This Ain’t What They Want’ last month, filmed by Chiba Visuals. Currently between having released his latest mixtape #DUCKTAPE and looking forward to the release of his album entitled ‘2 Legit 2 Quit’, the rapper from South Norwood takes Chicago Rapper Lil Durk’s Dis Ain’t What U Want, originally produced by Paris Beuller, and transforms it in to a more positive track, dealing with prejudice and misconceptions of unconventional, mixed race families and homes that are wrongly deemed broken. Within the lyrics, Kwakz opens up and rhymes about his own experiences growing up in a mixed race family, going through the tough times yet having the strength from family to get by on good and bad times, and Kwakz praises his mother as well as letting his father know he isn’t mad for the past. The video depicts a family living on an estate, showcasing the drama as well as the happy times, united as a family and with the fellow residents.
