UK Hip Hop artist K Triggz joins forces with John Wesley for a new track called ‘Popeye’ produced by Taylor King, the first release off the mixtape ‘aWakening. K Triggz and John Wesley kick rhymes over a Boom Bap instrumental boasting a bassline reminiscent of Eric B & Rakim’s classic Know The Ledge, with both lyricists displaying a superb range of flows alternated with ease. Like Popeye uses spinach to flex his muscles, these two sharp lyrical wordsmiths use their words as weapons, killer flows and maybe some weed to tote their lyrical weight on track. No one it seems is going harder than K Triggz and John Wesley are in the studio at present, even being compared to Popeye on spinach!
