Novelist, Tempo, Koder, Deejillz & K1NG – STGS (Video)
To coincide with the release of producer L. Momrelle’s “Shcok The Grime Scene” mixtape being released, Lewisham emcee’s Novelist, Tempo, Koder, Deejillz and K1ng dropped a STGS freestyle over on of the beats taken from the instrumental mixtape. The instrumental has a grimey but catchy rhythm about it, and all emcce’s came with superb flow, hype bars but lyrical and master delivery from most of them. I especially liked Novelist who set off the session with excellent delivery, hard barring and nice flow. All emcee’s were pushed by the other to do better and they did so, with the likes of Koder and Tempo killing it.
These South London born future Grime artists have potential, and showcased here and I’ll definitely be looking out for more from them real soon.
