The Bar Staff’s M.O.N.G.R.E.L is back with with a new track via soundcloud called “Every Day War”. Mungz takes a different and very creative approach with the song-writing, basing the whole track around a custody battle, but turning it in to fairytale, featuring a king and queen going through a situation that many people in reality can relate to, a couple going through difficult times, the king feeling like there is no other choice than to leave, until he comes back to the castle to take his princes. Mungz takes the fight that thousands of fathers go through to get custody of their children, but he turns it in to a literal fight, proving that with your own hard-fought determination you can prevail. M.O.N.G.R.E.L flows effortlessly over the hard-hitting Hip Hop production, delivering heart-felt bars it seems, and you can sort of feel the pain in his voice as he pours his lyrics on the track. Check out the deep track below, note that the names of the characters were changed in this song to protect any accidental resemblances to real-life people.
