UK Singer Anton Romero returns with fellow singer/songwriter and mc/producer Donae’o for a fabulous revamped cover of 112’s 90’s single ‘Only You’. Anton takes to the groovy, funky, pulsating melodic, Dance instrumental, laying down smooth vocals, the lyricism on the whole for the song depicting a love relationship, Anton expressing his feelings for a woman, needing her in life and telling how she makes him feel. Donae’o delivers dancehall/raga style lyrics, his short, cheeky bars highlighting the high life he lives, flossing and getting the p’s in. The production has a UK Garage feel about it in my opinion, and is a perfect banger for the clubs. If you are in the mood for love, or just need to feel happy, this song is for you, whilst the nostalgia from the days of Bad Boy are also there. Check out the slick visuals which portray nightlife in the big city of London, and featuring a beautiful woman as Anton’s love interest.
