Link Up TV recently released a brand new visual directed by freelance videographer Jay Parpworth for a brand new Dubstep track by MC Dewayne, with Brumtown Recordings producer KMD on the beat. The beat is an electronic, dubstep beat, with a greezy bassline and thumping, lashing beat. Dewayne handles the beat with top-notch, energetic delivery, flowing rapidly, as he lyrically sets the scene for rave night, his bars depicting his ability to mash up the set, having the attention on him as soon as he steps on stage. Dewayne also rhymes about his tendency to chat up the gyal, and he goes on to try to get the crowd on their feet, ‘break down the place’, and run rings around other mc’s. Dewayne has the hook spot on, simplistic but effective and infectious. Overall, the track is hard hitting tune, with lyrics which would be easy to sing along with, which if played in raves and clubs would be excellent, not to mention, the track could well appeal to the wide range of dubstep fans, mainstream as well.
