Armegedon Now – Damian Doppelganger
UK artist Armegedon Now has released his new mixtape “Damian Doppelganger” in conjunction with Shadow Music. With production from J.Spekz, Heavytrackerz, Swat Team and plenty more, and features from Crystal B, Oggie and Yung Jo, this mixtape showcases the best and latest music from Armegedon including “My Expression” produced by Swat Team, a hot Dubstep track which features Armegedon drop equally hot lyricism backed with old school flows. There is Grime aplenty from “Nite Breed” produced by Heavytrackerz, a horror themed track which Armegedon takes and laces with sick lyricism, go hard with gory creativity, catching anyone in his sights, a bit of darkness for you. Armegedon Now has confidence in his sound, and in “Future Talk” produced by Simeon N.V.P, he rhymes about his sound, from tearing up beats at 140bpm which is also in fashion at the moment, and rhymes about his lyrical skill and outer space flows. This one is a wavey, laid back track, comparing his music to natural elements in this universe, which will also stand the test of time. “Your Higher Self” is a Hip Hop production by Swat Team, in which Armegedon drops conscious lyrics, proving himself as a bit of a wordsmith, rhyming about his purpose on this earth, thanking higher powers for the air he breathes, and taking his time that he has to make a success without throwing it away. Armegedon also reflects and reminisces on childhood, from when he was maybe a bit naïve, not knuckling down in school, not conforming to society, choosing to take their lessons but to find his life lessons, and listening to this track, he seems wise.
